Payment/Cancellation: Deposit of approximately 20% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon the  arrival.

If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or leaves before the departure date, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled in less than 42 days before the arrival date the, deposit is not refundable

Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.

Neither can the owner accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest`s holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.
